Sarah and Miriam recognise that as peri/menopausal women who are already some way through their careers(!), it is the amazing younger generation who will shape the industry over the longer term. So we are setting up 'Young Women in Pharma (YWiP)’, a specific platform to identify topics most relevant to younger generations and to provide programmes and content to help them connect, grow and develop leadership skills.
